OUR CORE BUSINESS

We convert raw land into premium residential communities guided by our exclusive Club Living concept. This means we plan our projects in reverse order to that of most of our competitors.

We start by visualising the type of community we want and then determining the broad mix of physical, social and environmental features and facilities we believe appropriate. We then test these assumptions rigorously.

Our focus is initially on the structures and systems needed for post development community sustainability. It is only when we are satisfied at this point that we engage the world’s best designers, consultants and contractors to give the vision a physical dimension.

We structure long term development projects to yield outstanding returns for our investment partners, and our conservative approach to financing helps deliver favourable outcomes.

With the masterplan completed and budgets finalised, we then let our highly skilled, very experienced project, club and community management teams get to work.

We don’t, as a rule, develop shopping centres, commercial premises or factories. We only develop high quality masterplanned residential communities. As a result, we are very focussed and continue to expand our level of expertise in this specialised area of property development.
