In conjunction with Roche Holdings Pty Ltd, LinksLiving own the 45 ha former Geelong Golf Club property in central Geelong. This property is located 5 minutes drive time from the Geelong CBD and city beaches.

LinksLiving is currently preparing a Development Plan for lodgement with City of Greater Geelong Council.

• Site currently includes 18 hole golf course and clubhouse.


• Operations were closed in 2004 and the site is now under care and maintenance.

  1. the reconfiguration of the golf course to 9 holes
  (2 tee configuration);
  2. refurbished clubhouse;
  3. 200 house lots;
  4. retirement village; and
  5. wetland network.
