Illawarra Ridge Resort

Illawarra Ridge Resort is a proposed project of LinksLiving located approximately 55 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD and 35 kilometres north of Wollongong. It is located at the top of an escarpment. The site is situated with good access to the Princes Highway and F6 freeway, as well as, the newly reopened and spectacular Pacific Drive coast road.

Project Proposal

• Site currently includes 18 hole golf course and clubhouse


• Proposal includes:
  
  1. the reconfiguration of the golf course to 9 holes
  (2 tee configuration);
  2. new clubhouse, conference facilities and recreation club;
  3. 200 resort villas;
  4. 100 medium density serviced apartments; and
  5. 100 room hotel
  
• Project site adjoins another existing golf course.
