Managing Director

Stephen Head (FR, B.Acc.Sci. (Planning,) Dip.Acc.Sci. (Townplanning,) M.A.P.I.)
Managing Director

Stephen Head is the founding shareholder of Links and the current Managing Director and CEO. Stephen has been employed in property related areas for 28 years commencing as a Town Planner in Local Government and then as a Development Manager for both Leighton Holdings and John Holland Holdings. Stephen founded Asset Solutions Group Australia Pty Ltd which was appointed as Project Director for the proposed Sanctuary Lakes Resort project in 1995. Asset Solutions was acquired by Links in 2001.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Planning) and Diploma of Applied Science (Town Planning). He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Planners and a Registered Building Practitioner. He is the Chairman of Sanctuary Lakes Club Limited, and a Director of Sandhurst Club Limited and PGA LINKS Management Pty Ltd.

Colin Cass (B.Comm CA FAIM)
Chief Executive Officer

Colin Cass joined Asset Solutions, Links’ predecessor, in 1998 with fourteen years experience in the strategic management of a diverse range of privately owned businesses throughout Australia. Colin has extensive experience through his work as a Finance and Administration Manager, Management Consultant, Strategist and Business Advisor including four years with accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick and seven years as principal of Business Results Group Pty Ltd, a boutique business advisory firm.

Paul Keith (LLB, B.Comm, Grad Dip Co Sec)
General Counsel & Company Secretary

Paul Keith joined Links in February 2005 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Prior to joining Links, Paul was General Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary with Australian Leisure & Hospitality Group Limited. Paul has over twelve years experience as a solicitor and has held legal positions at Foster’s Group Ltd and Becton Corporation Pty Ltd and in private practice in national legal firms. Paul has specialised in Property and Commercial Law and Governance Practices.

Peter Cleaver (B.Bus (Accounting), Grad Dip Property)
General Manager Strategy & Acquisition

Peter Cleaver joined Asset Solutions in 1995 and is now responsible for feasibility assessments in relation to new commercial opportunities and facilitating the effective management of existing projects under management. Prior to joining the group, Peter conducted feasibility studies and project management for large-scale property development and capital investment projects with Jennings Group Ltd and Fletcher Constructions Ltd.

Guy Cole (B.Bus-Marketing)
General Manager - Marketing

Guy joined Links in 2006 and brings with him over 15 years experience in managing the marketing, sale and community development aspects for Masterplanned communities. His experience has been diverse and includes a presence in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia focusing on premium projects to create and grow new market segments. Guy’s professional career has included the emerging Urban Renewal market together with boutique infill and suburban fringe community development.

Mark Brayshaw (B.Comm, MBA, CPA)

Chief Executive Officer PGA LINKS

Mark Brayshaw joined ClubLINKS, a subsidiary of LinksLiving and the operator of its club management support activities in 2003 and has since also become CEO of PGA LINKS, the manager of LinksLiving's communities. He is therefore responsible for the management of LinksLiving's entire club management functions. Mark has over fifteen years experience in club management and was formerly the CEO of Richmond Football Club.
