Bingara Gorge

Bingara Gorge is a new masterplanned residential golfing community being developed by Australia’s leading creator of award winning communities, Delfin Lend Lease. Located 60 minutes from the Sydney CBD and 25 minutes from Woollongong’s beaches, Bingara Gorge will include:

- Australia’s first Ernie Els designed championship golf course,
- Country club and leisure facilities,
- Approximately 1,165 dwellings and
- Community, retail and educational facilities.

PGA LINKS Management has been engaged by Delfin Lend Lease to provide general consultancy services and develop an operational business plan for the new community. Our scope covers golf operations, course maintenance, structuring, owners corporations, hospitality, community title, estate maintenance, private security, country club precinct design, business opportunities, finance and administration.
