PGA LINKS Management has been engaged by Links Living Limited to provide consultancy services in relation to the preparation of a business plan outlining the structure required for the Whitsunday Springs project, in Airlie Beach.

The Whitsunday Springs project will include 2000 lots, an international hotel and a resort golf course, on 283 hectares, just five kilometres from the township of Airlie Beach, Queensland.

“PGA LINKS Management has been appointed to assist us in the preparation of a comprehensive Business Plan outlining the structure required to establish the body corporate at our Whitsunday Springs project, in Airlie Beach, Queensland.

Such body corporate structure will not only have to stand the test of time but will also have to accommodate the future staged inclusion of a proposed hotel precinct (including all associated infrastructure) and a resort golf course.
